My Superpower

If I could have a superpower, I would like to be invisible. I would be able to sleep in every morning because no one would able to see me.

My Weekend

 

On Saturday it was a beautiful day so I went horse riding at the beach, with my sister's friend Brooke. My horse's name was Pablo. He was white and he was a ex-racehorse. The best part was when he was trotting, I like the part when he bounced up and down, it was fun!

Afterwards, I went and got ice cream from the dairy. I got strawberry flavoured ice cream. It was yum. The ice cream was cold, but it was a hot day so that made me feel cool.

I had a movie night and watched Harry Potter. It was scary when the snake swallow the girl, but they got her out. I had Pringles and popcorn . 

Lockdown

Lockdown was fun. I got to ride a horse with my sister Stef. The sun was shining bright. My sister was riding fast. It was awesome. The horse got tired so I fed her an apple. Then I patted her.

Sick in bed

 Mum, I’m just too tired for school today,

I want to stay in bed.
It’s too cold outside of the blankets,
I’d rather stay home with Ted.

Mum, my head is sore.
Do I feel hot?
I can’t stop coughing,
Ewww! Look at my purple snot!

The girl and the Giraffe

 I was as tall as a bus but the girl had to let go of the me. I was too big to live with her. It was heartbreaking. It felt like my heart was made of crystal and was dropping on a rock. I was very sad and I was happy I could be with my family. It was a very sad day for her too. My tears fell like the rain and I cried a river of tears.

My Holidays

I went to my niece’s house in PoriruaI. Her name is Marnia. I stayed there two nights. My big sister, Stephanie to us to the pools in Porirua. It was fun because I went in the big pool. It has glass fencing around the pool so that little kids can’t get in it. It has a slide going into the pool. I went on the slide. The slide is green and it has glow in the dark lights inside it. I liked it there. It was fun. I got some KFC for lunch. It was yum. I got chips, gravy and chicken. Then we went home. Their dog had puppies while we were at the pools. It was fun at my nieces. I liked it there.

I learned how to tidy my Drive. I have to make sure everything is in folders and has my name at the front.

All About Me

 My name is Ko-Kii-Kaa. I was born in Ōtaki. I am 8 years old and my birthday is in March. I live with my Aunty Lynn, my mum and my big sister, Stephanie.

I’ve got eight chickens, one parrot called Polly, a cat called Piggy and a white hedgehog called Spikey. Spikey had five babies last night!

I like to swim and to ride horses. I like to read a lot of books. One of my favourite books is about kiwis. I like non-fiction books the best. 

My favourite toy is a Rubix’s Cube. I have solved two of them in 5 minutes. It was really hard! I did it for a competition and I came second.
